Care Farm Service List

Our aim is to enhance the lives and well-being of our clients and therefore we feel that it is important that they are truly a part of the farm. Our activities aim to:-

  • Grow confidence and self asteem

  • Increase health & well-being

  • Build independence and friendships and relationships

  • Enable life skills and real work experiences

Our activities encourage all clients/service users to take part and have a go at all areas of the business and we actively promote the fresh air and exercise concept of being outdoors.

Our activities include: Sheep Shearing, Egg collecting, Animal welfare & husbandary, egg incubation and chick hatching, wood work, horticultural (growing of fruit and vegetables) and the maintenance of our tractor and machinery.

Daycare Centre

Our daycare centre is currently open 3 days a week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. These spaces are limited so please contact us for availability and pricing.

Farm Visits

We currently accept visits from any organisation/group that feel that our setting would be something of interest and although we do not charge for these visits we do ask that you leave a donation either through our website or personally on the day. PLEASE TELEPHONE TO MAKE A BOOKING TO VISIT OUR SITE. Due to the nature of our clients’ welfare we may have to turn you away should you just turn up without a booking.

Mobile Farm - Educational/Therapy

For schools and educational facilities wishing for use our services at your venue please would you kindly contact us with your requirements. We are totally flexible and able to accommodate most requests. Our animals are used to being taken into classrooms, halls and gardens, can sometimes navigate stairs and some even use lifts. No question is ever silly and we will try our upmost to fulfill your requests.
